Staying true to my roots.

“Two of my greatest passions are music and fashion. I had the greatest experience working in NY for 6 months. Everyone knows it and says it…the city of dreams! Well I have to say it really was a dream come true. I had an amazing time and met real cool people. Fashion in NYC is insane! I had the opportunity to see some fashion and music events…and everyone is so competitive but so inspiring. Every designer has a story behind what they make and what inspires them. To me that’s what’s intriguing and makes me want to explore and write about fashion in all its sense.

I come from a Ghanian background and my mom always tells me that I can do anything. I take that with me everywhere that I go… I’m 28 years old and trust me some hardship has come my way too. But I always try to find a way to reconnect and think about what truly matters. To me that’s my faith and my passion for music and fashion.

I currently work in Finance and life in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. This month I’ll be sharing my take on daily life, culture, fashion and music…basically anything that comes to mind.”
