Three Day Fast for Mental and Physical Well Being

  • What am I talking about? A three day fast. What is a fast? A fast is a period where a person chooses to avoid the intake off any solid foods. Some people fast with only water however that’s a very radical way and more for those with severe illnesses.
  • I have chosen to personally do a fast for the next three days and will be using organic fresh made green apple juice as my only source of food.
  • I decided to go with green apple juice for many reasons including the fact that it has loads of fiber, it can lower cholesterol and high blood pressure, it is a great source of vitamin A, B-6, C, E and contains the minerals calcium, magnesium, potassium and zinc to mention a few. Green apples help and support the functioning of the liver due to its tart flavor. Its high content in fiber can help with digestion and elimination. Green apples are also a cancer fighting food.

  • Sometimes food for one person can be poison for another. This is due to our bio identity. Although we all carry the same DNA chains we are all slightly different. It is why it is so important to really know thy self. Following a diet or a fast that is not tailored to your needs normally is not very successful or safe.
  • If you are ready to start today here is what you will need to prepare yourself to do for the next three days:
  • 15 green apples a day to juice (organic and non gmo)
  • Mostly low impact activity ex: hatha yoga and walking
  • Meditation for about 15 minutes twice a day
  • To make the juice using a juicer
  • Cut 5 green apples into pieces
  • Next place in juicer and juice
  • Drink about 500ml of juice 3 times a day
  • In addition:
  • Drink 6 eight ounce glasses of water
  • Rest as much as possible
  • I would recommend staying off tv and social media as looking at those advertisements and posts can make you hungry. Fasting is just another, very limiting, way to eat. Fasting is the quickest way to help the body feel better and is the quickest way to drop a few pounds. 3 days of fasting can change your health and your state of mind, however if you think it is too long, you may also fast as little as one day or as long as 10, as long as you are in good health.
