Work It Out: It’s Never Too Late to Get Fit Over 40

Getting into shape after 40 is not easy,your body changes as you get older,but with some common sense and a motivation boost (bikini season is coming up…), you can tone up and slim down, now is a great time to start working out. To help you get in shape, Monica and fitness and Boot camp expert Fitmundo have shared some great exercises to blast some fat.

Week 1
Day 1

boxing warm up jabs and uppercuts
– boxing powershots and fastshots
trx superwoman for core
– trx squat for legs and glutes
– trx row for biceps and back
– trx pushup for chest and triceps

Day 2

trx full body warm up
– trx circuit training 1 As much rounds as possible in 4 minutes

8x superwoman
8x pushup
8x airsquat

– trx circuit training 2 As much rounds as possible in 8 minutes

8x airsquat
8x row
8x jumpsquat

– boxing warm up
– boxing pyramid of jabs, hooks and uppercuts
– kickboxing hard finisher of jabs and kicks
