April 16th was the international global awareness ‘ One day without shoes ‘ by TOMS.
This day was all about  to three key issues that affect a child’s development around the world;
Health; Millions of children are at risk of injury, disease and soil-transmitted infection.
Education; In some areas, shoes are required for children to attend school.
Opportunity; Children who are healthy are more likely to be successful students.
TOMS’ founder and chief shoe giver Blake Mycoskie said, “It’s humbling to think that One Day Without Shoes started on a college campus six years ago and now we’re seeing participation from thousands across the globe
