Milan Mens Fashion Week Diary – Sutor Mantellassi Boutique
Posted on | July 9, 2012 | No Comments
Let’s be honest: not every day we get an invite for the exclusive tour in the Sutor Mantellassi boutique at MonteNapoleone in Milan.

This amazing historic Florentine brand for men, founded in Florence in 1912 by master shoemakers Mantellassi Hector and Aeneas, is celebrating its centenary this year (1912-2012). After a hundred years, the brand is still known for its elegance throughout the world.
In September 2010 the brand Mantellassi Sutor has joined the Group E – Land, fourth global player in the fashion retail sector. The Group expects to open about ten retail stores in the next three years. This two level store exudes class and luxury in not only it’s dark decor, the elevater was small but decorated with crocodile leather on the wall and a dark oak parquet floor topped by a dark grey moquette, on which dominates the Sutor Mantellassi logo.
Five exceptional customers of the last past years are Gabriele D’Annunzio, Ezra Pound, Oriana Fallaci, Giorgio Strehler and Marcello Mastroianni. So, if you need a new pair of shoes, handmade in your own size visit the Sutor Mantellassi Boutique.
Thank you to the Sutor Mantellassi Team for my new pair of Sutor Mantellassi shoes and the lovely book.
