Taiwan,One Of Asia’s Must-See Destinations: Food

On our trip to Taiwan we found the most amazing food ever! We love food, but there in Taiwan we really challenged our taste buds! All extremely fresh, and never seen a kitchen so clean as in Taiwan. They have a lot of specialities, but we noticed that fresh fish in combination with fruit like strawberries or lychees were used a lot. We never even heard of these combinations, but were very amazed at the taste! Coming back in Amsterdam was a bit of a downer, because even at the biological market the food doesn’t taste or look as colourful as it did on the markets in Taiwan. I can’t wait to go back!
